My approach combines practical guidance, mindset support, wellness tools, and compassionate accountability to help clients move forward with clarity and purpose.


Services may include one-on - one coaching, wellness workshops, CPR & First Aid training. Mental Health First Aid support, and programs focused on personal and professional growth.


  The "Te" in Me Time Te is inspired by the concept of inner virtue, character, and self-mastery. It reflects the belief that meaningful growth begins within and is expressed through how we live, lead, and serve others.
